All white works great and if you get confused on what fletching goes down then take a permenit marker and draw a line on it. It works great and you can see them fly and find them on the ground.

I use 3 whites with an orange nock. There is a little bump (called the INDEX) on the nock. You place this on the outside. also, white shows blood better than anything else.

Yeah, especially on white feathers.
