Mike, they're both basically both the same, the difference in with their seats. The Headhunter Lite X4 has the seat that comes off the two upright bars that straps on to the tree.
The CopperHead X4 connects to the tree with the same strap system, but the seat folds out/in by a 'X' system and the overall design seems a bit stronger.
