Default Arrow inserts

I was on the Easton web site and was wondering how you chose the insert you need? Will the insert fit field points as well as broadheads? What about the nock inserts? There are a number to chose from.I'll be shooting a Buckmaster 2000.I have a 29" draw and 65# pull.I want to shoot carbon arrows and use them for practice and Whitetail hunting in the fall.I'm new to the sport and want to get the right size and grain weight.Any help would be great.Thankyou

vikingvictory, the insert you use will be determined by the size arrow you shoot. A local pro shop can help you determine the arrow that is best for your set up. The only other choice you may have in the way of inserts is using a carbon or aluminum insert. If you are going to hunt with these arrows, I would sugest aluminum inserts.
The nock inserts you refer to are really called bushings. Bushings for the arrow will come with them, like inserts, they are specific to the size of arrow.
If you don`t get any help from a local archery shop, you will be able to get more info here.
Hope this helps, Good Luck!

I agree, go with the unibushings cemented in place on the carbons. It'll prevent the back end of the arrows from splitting and allows you to easily turn your arrows for fletching clearance.
