It is ok if it shoots a bullet when you paper test. If it doesn't though, you may be in trouble because there is very little adjustment in it.

besides the biscuit, there are a few other gadgets I've seen that look like they'll work...

NAP makes a Fast Flip Arrow Rest, which is a flipper that holds the arrow down onto a prong style rest and flips up out of the way when you draw back.

Bodoodle makes several rests that have 3 prongs and arranged in such a way that they surround the arrow shaft.
Golden key has one of these called the Shoot Out 3-point, but instead of prongs it uses 3 plungers.

Golden Key also makes a Funnel Rest that looks similar to a biscuit.

I haven't used any of these, including the biscuit. I was just paging through my catalog from Bass Pro Shops and saw a few things for you. Good luck.

I prefer the prong style rest by Golden Key. NAP also makes a great prong rest. Bodoodle as well. Goodluck. It's really personal choice.

I have the drop tine model. I just looked at it and I don't see any reason it wouldn't work on a lefthand bow. I really like mine.

Vital Bow Gear makes an awesome drop-away rest that holds the arrow in place untill you draw. I love mine.

You can see it at http://www.vitalbowgear.com/arrowrests.cfm
