Default RE: Ever Killed a Big Bear With Your Bow?

1st Black Bear was with a 55# Groves Spitfire recurve & 3 blade 007 broadhead on a 2018 Aluminum. bear weighed 450# & was 18" skull.
2nd Black Bear was with a 60# compound & Rocky Mountain 3 Blade razors on 2117 Aluminum-Bear was over 6oo#, 18 12/16" skull & rug is 6'4" from nose to tail. 3rd Black bear was with the same set up & was 235# gutted & 19" skull & is fully mounted in my home.
Just put it where it should be & he won't go far-but get a bad hit & you could loose him. Your set up is plenty. Good Luck.
