wolf killer that would make sense but they would say something like well what if a wolf that is normally in a pack that is on fed. land and he travels in the private sector and why would he have to die since he's in a pack thats on fed. land normally. i know that it sounds stupid but you know buecrats,sometimes their heads are stuck up ... you know what I mean. If you change the statis to predator while the wolf is on private ground most ranchers would be thrilled. They would kill a few wolves. The end result would be "conditioned wolves" that know to stay away from cattle & sheep. There are millions of acres of Federal land that the wolves can roam on.
In order to allow the dual listing they would need to be listed a threatend on federal land & predator on private.
