wolf killer that would make sense but they would say something like well what if a wolf that is normally in a pack that is on fed. land and he travels in the private sector and why would he have to die since he's in a pack thats on fed. land normally. i know that it sounds stupid but you know buecrats,sometimes their heads are stuck up ... you know what I mean.
