Default Limb Saver Keeps coming off, Help!

I shoot a Martin Jaguar Pro Series and the limb saver on the bottom limb keeps poping off when I shoot. I have bought new ones for it and the continue to come off. I have even tried sanding the area down and using glue, but it still doesn't work. Anybody got any advice on how to make them stay on?

I added limb savers to my old PSE bow and had the top one go flying off right after I took a shot. I solved the issue permanently, once I got home, with a mixture of super strong clear epoxy!
