Wide open question there.

I' ll tell you to check out Martin Archery. Their service is second to none and quite a few of their bows are reasonably priced. There, I fired the first shot. lol

My best advise is to find a good bow shop and spend some time looking and trying what they have. Ask your friends who runs the best shop in your area and then given them the opportunity to earn your business. It' s far more important to get a good bow fit, then to get a particular brand of bow. A good shop will make sure you not only have a bow that fits, but will tune it to shoot accurately and can give you shooting tips. The actual bow brand itself is one of the least important considerations. The other stuff is what will make archery enjoyable or leave you frustrated. Good luck,

Great advice Straightarrow..... You will need some help if you are just getting started and the best way to get that help is to help the business ownerby becoming a customer.
