I just bought my first bow and it has fiber optic sights. In low light, they rock!! But in high light they suck, all you can see is the shadow of the sight. Any recommendations on good low cost sights? Thanks

Hello,
What type of pins are these? (brand) What peep site are you using?
If using a regular black peep site you can try this, i have done it and (imo) it works pretty good....If the peep (window) is small you can use drill bits to open it up....start with a small one (slightly larger than the window) and work your way up till u get it open how you would like it...could possibly be that the window is small and you may not be picking it up very good...
I use the redhawk peepsite and the tritnum fiber pin.(green) It' s (imo) that the green is just kinda softer and you can see it for a longer period of time....I myself also like the red pins, just seems real easy to pick up also...but i only use one pin and it' s the green one...but i keep a red one in my pack for back up just in case..cause you never know....
I have also opened up the window on the peep i use and like it even better....just
a larger window for veiwing....hope this was of some help
p.s when using the bits only use your fingers to turn them....don' t use the drill

i agree! w/o knowing the brand of site, bow, etc. hard to say. i shoot a trophy ridge personally and geniunely love it. son has a dusk devil and it rocks. sights are not the thing to be too cheap on.
open up the peep first. does not matter the size of the hole in the peep as your eye automatically centers the dot.
