Why don' t we start a post that stays on top that will serve a harvest record for 2003. Members can post pics and stories of their kills. It would also serve as good research material if everyone would include Date, Time, Wheather, etc.

I think it' s a horrible idea and you are an idiot for suggesting it. Kidding dude, maybe I' m taking the bashing joke a little too far.

Actually it' s a good idea. We can look at patterns about time of day, time of year, moon phase, barometer reading, what phase of the rut the deer was in, etc.
That last point I made was a good one (total accident), it' d be nice to know what phase of the rut a harvested deer in your area is in. That way we' d be able to know if we should grunt or rattle or put out estrous urine.

Great idea. Alot of people can use. Or at least as long as people are posting about kills and patterns in your state.

Belle that' s not a bad idea, but I know I for one wouldn' t care for it........not from a idea standpoint, but from the fact that I' m on dial -up and I' d die of old age before all the pictures loaded![][X(]

Plus I think all of the successful members here who take the time to share their stories and harvests deserve their own special " Time in the Sun" , 15 minutes of fame so to speak.
I for one like seeing how proud someone is to finally get to post their very own " Success" stories.

I do like the idea though.

While i like the idea, like Matt/pa, im on dialup. I only connect at 24,000 bps and loading pictures isnt always the most speedy task. Living out of town has a few disadvantages.
