How do you know who the moderators are to contact them?

Look under the 5-spot league and you'll see a link that reads "Moderators"... they're all listed there.

Wherever you see All Forums (such as below this post or on the left hand side at the top of a page), click on it and on each forum listed it says Moderators. Click on Moderators and it gives you a list of the mods.
