Northern Illinois Buck
127" 9 pt. at 16 yds. Razortec CX300 and NAP Scorpion. His big brothers are in the area also.....
Taken last night 10/13/03 6:30PM Have one on the wall from last year just a bit smaller 115" This one is going right next to him.

i wish i could even just see something like that[:' (].....only real buck i saw when hunting was a really little Y buck that isn' t legal anymore in pa[X(]....nice deer though....i guess he is going on the wall right! congrats

That' s a nice buck. Congrats.
I was watching one like that last year, then the guy on the property next to me shot it, then it ran over a hill, under my stand, and died. Figures.
On a sidenote - it always amazes me the people that post from various places in the country that talk about how big our deer are here. I guess just because I' ve never hunted deer outside of IL or WI I just take it for granted. Not taking anything away from that beautiful buck, but there are certainly even bigger ones in the area! I guess I should be thankful my parents decided to raise me here in IL.
