Default Bowhunting Forum Members Poll

An idea has been recently submitted to the moderators/administration that would create a "gear forum". The request originated as a suggestion for a knife forum and progressed from there.

The reason I am posting this here is because I want to know if the rest of you would like to be able to continue to discuss bowhunting gear (Bows, arrows, broadheads, treestands, rangefinders, camo clothing, etc....) on this forum and the technical forum as well.

Thank you ahead of time for the responses.

Edited*** Also include whether or not you like the idea of having an additional gear forum in conjuction with being able to discuss gear here and in the technical forum.

That is really alot of what we do here and I like it.
So yes, I'd like to continue to discuss gear on this and the technical forum.
Thanks for asking.

YES, i would like to be able to talk about gear on this forum.
if we remove the gear from this forum i believe the off season would get pretty boring. this subject it what gets us going/ worked up for the new season.
just my 2 cents.

YES, I would like to be able to talk gear etc. on this forum. I believe this forum is "well rounded" and I personally like that. Keep this forum "flexible" I.E. like it is.

I think of this forum as bowhunting and all that comes with it, the gear, the tracking, the experiences etc.

I think of the tech forum as an online version of a workshop staffed by pro's and amatures about the tech side of archery, from tune-ups to form questions, the math of archery etc. I think it is the best tech forum on the net, let's keep it that way.

If people would like to have a gear forum to talk about things like knives, guns, atv's, camo, blinds, treestand etc. that's fine with me. I would visit, but please don't make me move topics from here to there, it makes people angry!<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

I think it's great the way it is now. We can discuss all aspects of bow hunting, including gear,(which is a huge part of bowhunting), on this forum, and if it's a more specific question, we can use the tech forum. It seems a seperate gear forum would only serve to fragment things. My 2 cents. Thanks for giving us a chance to speak.
