PA has an abundance of deer. It is hard saying what is going wrong with out any specific details. Are those 6 straight days in the same place? If so that is a big mistake. Are you hunting timber, field edges or what? Try to be specific and I am sure the board will get you headed in the right direction.

Like I said without knowing specifics we can merely guess and give you generalizations. I would start by finding you local mast crops. White Oaks are where I would concentrate on to start. Find a nice oak stand or flat and hunt it from the down or cross wind side of where you would suspect the deer to be traveling from.
Another good bet would to be to locate a saddle where two or more ridges join together. Any kind of natural funnel or saddle is a good bet. If you are lucky you may find an oak stand near a saddle or funnel. Just remember to always pay attention to the winds direction and set up accordingly. Once you get a bit more experience with bow hunting you can find what works best for you and start building confidence in your scouting and hunting. Good luck

Pre-scouting...hope you did that...if not then better luck next year...Archery Hunting for me starts in about June and the season does not open up till the end of August. I scout a lot of different areas so I can bounce around when the Animals have moved. Look for rubs, scrapes, droppings and fresh trails that are being used. I forgot: GOOD LUCK to you

I just got back from a week in PA hunting. There were absolutely no white oak acorns this year. Very difficult hunting. Had to hunt the grasses this year. To bad the deer would only come out after dark, to feed.
