Like I said without knowing specifics we can merely guess and give you generalizations. I would start by finding you local mast crops. White Oaks are where I would concentrate on to start. Find a nice oak stand or flat and hunt it from the down or cross wind side of where you would suspect the deer to be traveling from.
Another good bet would to be to locate a saddle where two or more ridges join together. Any kind of natural funnel or saddle is a good bet. If you are lucky you may find an oak stand near a saddle or funnel. Just remember to always pay attention to the winds direction and set up accordingly. Once you get a bit more experience with bow hunting you can find what works best for you and start building confidence in your scouting and hunting. Good luck
