No it wont hurt it. Just make sure you dry it completely when you get done. Don' t put it in a case until you are sure it is completely dry. You get the inside of a case wet and it takes forever to dry out, leaving the bow in a damp environment like that would not be good for it.

Definetly not going to hurt the bow, just dry it off good when you are done. If you are shooting feathers try to keep them dry with a wrap of some sort. I was always worried about that when I shot feathers, no problems with vanes.
