congrats on the bow kill.
My dad is leaving Wednesday A.M. to drive out to Colorado to Muzzleloader hunt. He got a nice 6X6 last year, but he went in early November, never heard any Bulls bugle.
If I find the pic from last year I will post it!

Hey David, there was 4 of us. My best friend, me and both of our Dads. That is what made the trip one of the best so far.

Hey Cardeer....we throw that stuff in packs on our back and walk up the mountain!! Talk about a workout!!
Bob d, the mountain was a lot better than last year. Last year we had the fires burning within 5 miles. This year was pretty good as far greenness in the plants. We got rain about every other day. There is still a fire ban, but it is 100% better than last year.
Pork Chop, I hope your Dad does good. They should be bugling a little while he is there. We were always told if we came up 3 weeks later, they would really be going. But we like hunting the opening week when they aren' t so spooky.
No Problem David, but 50% is plenty good for us. On a nonguided hunt, we think we do pretty good for ourselves.

I would say so Rob, I was shaking so bad from the rush I was surprised I hit him!! But I guess that is why we practice, for the moment of truth!!it makes the hair on your neck stand up when they bugle that close doesn' t it
