I' m with you, nub, I like all the montreal steak seasoning on venison and beef, I use a different variety each time I cook to change things around a little. But, I' ve never had backstrap last that long.

I just found a side of backstrap that I didn' t know I had, gotta make more room for some more. I gotta agree with the ole fart though, I don' t want my backstraps tasten like pork.
