Well, being Im only 16, carrying a gun might be a problem since it isnt any kind of hunting season and that could only cause more problems. But, maybe my hunting knife or a ball bat. I definately carry a cell phone now. I havent seen them out there since*knock on wood* but at least my huntin buddies and my parents are aware so if I call they know, no explaination needed.

In situations like this, which I' ve had with some dopers, I just find a heavily gravel road, stop, and when they get right on your bumper, floor it. After doing that a couple times, most get the idea. Just in case they wanna do something sometime, I make it a point to leave my " possum beater" in the truck year round, although not just for that reason. I fuigure a 4ft 2x4 with 5 nails sticking out of the end would be enough to ward them off.

Get a bigger car and take ' em on!!![>:][>:] there' s nothing wrong with a bit of road rage[][].

Really I' d be pretty weary of ' em coz there is some pretty weird and freaky people out there so don' t do anything stupid. Tell the cops if it happens again n keep a pen n paper in your car to get there number plate.

Around here, they' d nail you w/ a concealed weapon. I had a police officer tell me to take the bat out of my Jeep a long time ago for that reason...

Don' t wait to call the police on it just ' cause you don' t have the full plate. Call them so it' ll be on file and if it happens with someone else they' ll know it' s happened before. I' ve heard of baseball bats being considered concealed carries before, so you should get yourself a maglite. They' re good for hunting anyhow, and if swung properly could leave a nasty mark. Plus the bright light is good for blinding people ' fore you knock ' em out.

If it was a Subaru then it was probably a yuppy lesbian anti hunter. All kidding aside I had the same thing (almost) happen to me. I pulled into a access road to a cornfield ( that I have permision to be in there) to look for deer with my 3yr old girl and This guy pulls in and almost hits my truck and starts freaking out about me being in there and I told him that I had permision to be in there and that I was only looking for deer and he stated that he didnt care if I didnt get out of there he was going to rip me out of the truck and kick my @$$. I just left and I went and told the land owner and he found out y he was like that. Pot plants alot of them. He called the cops and caught the SOB.[:@]

THe best thing to do is drive away. All this macho crap of pipes and shotguns will get you bad times and time in jail or worse. Don' t be one of the guys who shows up at a pipe fight with only your fist, or at a gun fight with only your pipe, or at the machine gun fight with 4 guys with only a shotgun. There' s always someone bigger and badder. Knowing the difference of when you have to fight and looking for a fight makes life easier and will allow you to grow old and live. The jails are full of macho pipe swingers. The minute you pick up a " TOOL" you' re guilty of aggrevated assult and it stops being a disagreement. Half the people that come on with all this macho club swinging, chest beating crap will disappear at the first blow. No matter how tough you are if you show up at the knife fight with your club and there are 3 or 4 knife fighters... you' re going to loose.

There is a difference between looking for a fight and running from one. I am sure that you have seen enough violence in killing in your early years that it has turned your stomach for it. However, if someone is going to try to antogonize me into fighting, I am going to let them. I have walked away from " bullies" before and it eats me alive to this day when I think about it. I refuse to let someone bully or intemidate me. On a side note I have been cut a couple of times and shot at from 15 ft and I am still around and still got the same attitiude towards people ******* with me. It is funny though once people find out that you will fight one or a whole car load each and every time if they mess with you, you really don' t have to worry about people messing with you after a while. If you don' t stand up do you just set back and let people harass you for the rest of your life? When is enough? When do you stand and fight?
