do releases realy help pull back more wait?? are there any that u no of that help alot

I would say yes, my wrist strap release allows me to shoot heavier draw weight because I don`t have to hold the weight with my fingers. I find that heavy draw weights makes my fingers sore after a long day of shooting.

Yes, they definetly let you pull back more weight, due to you pulling back with your wrist and not the fingers....It also lets you release at the same spot every time....This could be different with your fingers since you' re touching the string in 3 different places.
