not badger! (wisconsin-ite here), not a fox, looks 2 small 2 be a coon mbut might be. i would say some sort of ground hog or somethin

My first thought was racoon as well. All of those sticks in the picture made me laugh out loud. You've got pretty good aim w/ a stick!

I saw a possum do the same thing in my yard. I even went up and poked it wit a stick a few times. I honestly though it had been sick and died in my yard. An hour or so later I watched it uncurl and walk away.

Coon, no doubt about it. Looks everything like a coon. I dont think groundhogs have as long hair as a coon and the colors of their hides are a bit diffearnt. I have only seen a few groundhogs in the wild but I have shot and seen many coons so I can definetly say thats a coon.

Raccoon. While bowhunting, I shot a raccoon. Bad part was I only shot it in the foot and cut his toes off. He just sat there. So, I nocked a G5 small game head and thumped him. He just sat there, licking his wound. Finally after 2 hours I got down and KO'd him with a log.
