Yep, shot lots of does and past on lots of little bucks had a few botched opportunites with a couple others, but this is the first Ive put an arrow through.

Very nice.. You did the right thing backing out, who knows how far he would have gone if you bumped him while bedded after the shot. Congrats!

Glad I could help, haha! Great first bow kill, it exceeds all of my bowkills! I've done the liver thing twice, the sleepless nights are not fun but I have been fortunate to find both deer within 100yds of where they were the night before.
