Randy was flown to London to set a NEW GUINNESS WORLD RECORD and now he is going to give a shooting exhibition in West Central Illinois to help us raise money for a Youth Archery Program.

Mathews has donated a bow for the auction and our local bowtech dealer has given us a Guardian to auction. We are working with other dealers for other bows. We have got several items from other companies to auction also.

Randy Oitker recently traveled to London, England for the Guinness Book Of World Records TV show called Guinness World Records Smashed to make archery history! On April 7, 2009. Randy Oitker was born March 2, 1987 and lives on the family farm in Plainville,IL. Randy
started shooting a bow at the age of 8 and by the age of 10 he had won 5 Cabela's North
American Bowhunters (NABH) qualifiers , The NABH World Championship and the NABH
Shooter of the Year. Randy continued shooting the Pro archery tournament circuit winning over 17 national titles, 2 World Championships and 3 Shooter of the Year awards by the age of 12.
When Randy was 12 years old, he was asked to write a monthly column for 5 different
magazines. By age 14, Randy was performing at Outdoor expos, fundraisers and
grand openings and special events for Cabela's stores . He has performed at Buckmaster's
Expos,NWTF conventions, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundations events, Weatherby Foundation
Events, and he has performed for 4 years in a row at the Harrisburg,PA. Eastern Sports
and Outdoor Show and numerous other events related to the hunting industry.Randy also
performed at the Alfred Sloan Museum in Flint,MI.. Randy has even performed at the Bristol
Motor Speedway at a Nascar Nextel cup race, the Food City 500 in 2005
and was featured in a commercial at the pre-race ceremony on the Speed Channel.
Randy currently is still performing at outdoor expos and events all across the country and
performing at various Cabela's stores. Randy is also on the outdoor writer staff of National
Bowhunter magazine (goes to every archery shop in the US.) and writes for www.realtree.com.
Randy’s 4 arrow lifesaver shot made Ripley’s Believe It or Not record book and it was featured in
an international cartoon that was in 17 different languages and in 42 countries. Randy has also
performed for the CMT Dukesfest in 2007 and 2008. Randy travels about 29,000 miles per year promoting the outdoors and archery to young and old. Randy says if he can inspire one kid in archery or the outdoors then he has done his job.

I like this kid. BUT, Randy just shot enough arrows to figure out the pattern at "X" feet. This guy can whack 'em where ever they are. http://www.break.com/index/amazing-bow-and-arrow-shot.html
