I can't find my manual. A family friend just bought a Tenpoint crossbow. I might have helped him with his decision.
He is looking for bolts and broadheads for his new instument of destruction. I told him to make sure he didn't go below 430 gr. between the bolt and BH. I can't find my manual to make sure I was right. Did I tell him the wrong info? Alsodoes Tenpoint recommond a BH ?

If you go to the TenPoint website and click on the warranty button at the top there is a section where you can download the owners manual online. Your bolts are plenty heavy enough that you will not hurt anything. Their minimum recomened finished weight is 415 gr. Broadheads are mostly personal preferance but generaly most small diameter cut on impact and tension style mechanicals (rather than orings) will work fine.

David, Thanks for the help. You are correct, no lower then 420 grain. (430 is close).
