sooo....

all the gushing and glowing about how GregH is "da man" and most accomplished bowhunter ever to grace this place is disproven by the man himself. I mean the dude shot adeer that was blind andso old it had to have lost all sense of smell and sound, with one hoof already in the grave. Hell Greg, you did this buck a favor. We'll call it a mercy killing.
I heard this from my brother and my buddy before I even got him to my truck! [>:][&o]

Every time I glance at those antlers.................I'm OK with it!
touche'

oh, and I forgot to add one of these to my original post.

Congrats again Greg! The story keeps getting better and better. I've heard of does living into the 8's and beyond but a buck of that caliber is something special. A true warrior who had his day in the sun and went down fighting. Apoke in theeye and broken jaw deserves some recognition. Wow!

Talk about "Speaking the Language"!! We might not be able to understand it all but that old boys bones tell quite a tale!

Congratulations Greg on another genuine trophy!

Sounds like you did him a favor. He does have that old warrior look to him, with the loose skin under his chin and a big old head.

Wow, my brother shot an old buck this year, and it was evident by his head, but yours is amazing. Outstanding trophy!

No I didn't get this guy. I really only saw the 1 1/2s, 2 1/2s and one 3 1/2 that I got on camera.
