homemade stands
#21

I had thought about building one before, but after I calculated the costs of the lumber, it added up to about $200. I just buy my stands now. Safer, Stronger, Easier To Move, Cheaper. Don't build unless you absolutely have to.

hey sault hunter, i would suggest just buying one because a wooden stand is alot heavier, it can break or rot and the wooden stand would have to be built really well. i would say buying one is your best bet. you and your friend should go half or something and buy some cheap stands. dont forget that you can get some stands second hand too. just look for some stands in classified ads and make sure the stands are in very good condition. good luck finding stands or if you make stands make them really good !
