Homemade box stands
Anyone know a good place on the web to see some box stands and some designs. I am interested in bulding a couple and just wanted to see some ideas from some guys with experience. Thanks.

Here's a picture of the box stand I built a few years ago. It measures 4' X 4' and is 6' tall.
The stand itself is built out of 2X4's and plywood. I used treated 2X4's for the base and for the steps on the ladder. The uprights for the ladder are treated 2X6's. I used 2X2's to frame out the walls and roof. The roof is plywood with galvinized sheet metal over it. Cedar posts were used to help support the stand on each corner. I spent an entire day painting it. It sits out in a cutover but can be really hard to pick out. Great place to hunt on those rainy days.
