Default shooting from treestand

I usually hunt from the ground but tomorrow I will be in a stand about 20ft up. How will affect the trajectory of my arrow? Should I compinsate high?

NO!

First, you need to practice from a stand....know where you will hit before you go out.
Second....ALWAYS bend at the waist, and your trajectory should be really good
Third...for really close shots, hold a shade low if anything....

Most of all, practice first if you can.

I had my ladder stand setup in my back yard for a few mnths before season. It is 16ft at the base, and I found that even out to 30yrds I did not need to change my aim point. Probably best to test out your setup, but my experience was it did not change from shooting on the ground.

bend at the waist and shoot where you would on the ground and if possible get on top of a garage to get used to bending at the waist
