? about cleaning deer meat

Default ? about cleaning deer meat

I don't know if this is the right place and maybe this is a dumb question but what is the best way of getting the thin layer of slime off of deer meat.Thanks in advance.

Cook it That slime you;ll drive yourself crazy trying to get it all. Take a dry dish towel and wipe the meat dry, this will take most of it off. The rest, freeze it, cook it, it goes bye bye. Eat up.
