Default Lost a doe to coyotes!

I shot a doe last night and I thought I hit a little far back.Yep sure enough, I went and found my arrow after dark and there was gut on It.So I did not want to jump her up and decided to come back in the morning, well my brother in law and I found her about 150yds from where I shot her and she was torn to shreds by coyotes!I would'nt have been that suprised but this was in city limits for a management hunt not more than 3/4 of amile from town, just goes to show you never no where those buggers are and I am sure that I did the right thing by not chasing her.Well better luck next time I guess.

I think you did the right thing by not pushing her. If it wasn't for the damn yotes you would be grilling backstraps now...
