I've missed my fair share of big bucks and everytime I think I learn something from it. It seems that most of my missed shots were because I rushed the shot. Now I talk to myself, telling myselfto slow down, focus on the shot, take your time and don't look at anything but where you want to hit. Seems to work for me. I even do this when shotgun hunting, because I was notorious for missing with a gun too
