I'm always glad to help and I suppose I'm just a bit anal-retentive when it comes to regs. I've probably read IL regs cover-to-cover. It helps pass the time waiting for my turn to hunt there. Six weeks to go and I can hardly contain myself!

As confusing as they are, all of our regs are the reason we have the kind of Bucks that makes people want to leave their own poorly managed State and spend ridiculous amounts of time and money hunting here!
