i have onethat i never really thought about until Monday when it happened to me. it's kind of obvious though.

if you see another deer while tracking a deer - check it out. look for blood, it might be your wounded deer. it might also (as it was in my case) be a fawn that is hovering near a dead doe. ouch. that sounds terrible. i didn't know the fawn was even w/ the doe when i shot. i never saw it until after the shot.
