Huntingson ..... I believe you ....... on my way home from church I pimp slapped a Sasquatch ...knocked him right down and out!!!! I had my camera on me too .....BUT I figured why take a pic of that [8D]

BTW, made another batch of jerky using your recipe, everyone loves it. I also started sprinkling it with coarse black pepper before dehydrating it. Got a new dehydrator from Cabelas, the smaller of the 2 commercial types. Has 12 racks and variable heat and timers, works great.
