Tony, I usually don't take pictures of the does I shoot. I'll start just to please you!
BTW, made another batch of jerky using your recipe, everyone loves it. I also started sprinkling it with coarse black pepper before dehydrating it. Got a new dehydrator from Cabelas, the smaller of the 2 commercial types. Has 12 racks and variable heat and timers, works great.
