i looked at it at walmart the guy said he sells alot of it. i asked if the people buying it knew it was illegal. He said if it was illegal they would not sell it. I then let him know the product itself was not but if you use it when hunting it is. He then tells me that food plots are illegal to hunt over. which there not. But i did not make that case with him
