We did get pictures of another nice one out at Shawns farm.

Today was a good opening day. We ended up seeing 12 does and 9 bucks. No shooters from the stand, but some nice respectable young bucks.

Im up to bat in the morning so hopefully i can get a crack at this nice 10 point on our place...

Man, I am lucky if I see that many deer in a month, hunting every day. And certainly nothing that size.

I seen 13 from the front window eating in our hay field when I left for work around three. All does and fawns. Don't know why they were out so early but they were eating peacefully. Don't plan on going into the woods till the weather breaks. Its hard but I love hunting when the leaves are turning.
