I agree with Matt, the dude should be punched in the sack. A rifle would be a different story, my dad and grandad would only shoot them in the neck with a rifle. I would never aim for the neck with archery equipment, that is just plain ol'stupidity right there!!!! Hit that dude in the sack for me too!!!

If you do punch him in the sack, please video tape it so we can post it as a reminder of what happens to people who wound deer just because they are stupid. I would guess you are right about never harvesting a deer. I have seen deer in all kinds of shape and still running in the woods. An arrow in the neck is not likely to slow them down much.
