ANybody watch the show, yesterday/last night on the Outdoor Channel?
I sent them a SEETHING email (Outdoor Channel). The show was filmed at the place I was offered the free HF hunt.

Did they try passing it off as a different state? Or, am a thinking of a completely different show? Is this the show that markets that horrible red camo?

1. The guy on the show is telling how to use a grunt tube, and how they respond to the call.
2. He's "excited" about hunting the area around Millersburg OH....because that's close to the area where the hole in the horn buck was taken. Problem is......the hole in the horn buck was free-ranging....and the deer where he's going to hunt COULD NOT get those genetics if they wanted to....UNLESS the deer from the outside jum inside the fence.
3. He's walking around, presumably still hunting. He keeps bumping this buck he's after....and instead of saying it CAN'T go anywhere.....he keeps talking about how this is his preferred method to spot and stalk these 5-1/2yr olds and older. What a joke.
4. He then gets tired of walking....and goes to sit in a stand. He says the outfitter has been seeing them using this ridge.....and how he thinks he's in a good spot. Well no ****.
I'll think of more....but that was some of it. NEVER did he mention he was hunting a high fence.
I have NO PROBLEMS with people who hunt this way.....or any other legal way. What I have a personal issue with......is people insulting my intelligence. If you're at a high fence.....say you are. If you're baiting....say you are. If you're hunting at an outfitter's you've never been to.....and he puts you in a tree and you shoot one.....say you did that. I'm going to an outfitter opening day (w/ Diesel). If I shoot a deer, there....I'll tell you EXACTLY what went down.
These guys on this show are a joke. Just shoot straight with me. I'm smarter than your average bear. So are you guys.
What it did was make me question a lot of other hunting shows I see on TV. These guys went WAYYyyyyy over the line (IMO).
