Exactly. I've used a WB for 8 years. I wouldn't "hunt" with any other rest. I actually enjoy refletching my arrows when it becomes necessary.

I had a WB and didn't have any problems with fletching coming off unless they were already damaged, but I did have a problem with my fletching becoming wavy due to the friction created when they pass through the bristles! It did not seem to affect my arrow flight, but after about 50 shots I would notice my vanes becoming wavy I got tired of replacing fletching and swiched to the Rip Cord fall away and love it,arrow isn't contained as well as with the WB but still stays on the rest and I have no more fletching problems.

I’ve shoot a WB for 9 years now, haven’t had any problems with fletching coming off with factory arrows or the ones that I’ve fletched. They are rough on certain fletching about wrinkling them but the Duravanes Savages and Predators have worked best for me.

The rest on my new bow is supported on fibers Like a (whisker biscuit) but only @ 3 points. They are located between the fletches don't even touch them as they pass through. It still holds the arrow securely but no fletch damage!
