I guess a 23yd shot flat against the ground with a recurve without a second to spare is gonna be pretty tough for me to beat. LOL 
My best friend in high school killed a bluebird with his fishing rod aimed like a gun once..........but that's another story.[:-]

I did this From 60 yards one day, complete accident. But very cool. I was shooting a bear element also.

I was sitting in a stand that has a tree about 20 yards in front that splits into a Y about 10 feet off the ground. Shot a doe at 35 yards through the split in the tree. Double lung shot and she ran about 40 yards and expired. It was an awesome shot.
