after seeing all the "my form" threads i decided to look at mine. But instead of taking a picture i setup my sony camcorder on a tripod and shot 3 different groups with the camera at different angles.

WOW The insight i gained from this was amazing. i could watch every little thing and play it back over and over. from overall form to my grip on the bow to seeing if i was punching the release.
I even changed angles so i could capture arrow flight and check impact at slower speeds.

i didn't even realize i had such a great tool at my disposal.

The video camera is one of the most usefull tools one can use to learn any discipline,especially archery.

My son uses it to analize his batting and he is going to be 10 in about 2 weeks.As well as my daughter.
