Default Arrow Questions

I have Gold Tip XT Hunter arrows and was thinking about replacing the stock vains. What should i put on there, Blazers? Will these improve arrow performance?

My take is if they are shooting well for you now I wouldn't change just for the sake of changing. Blazers, being the latest craze, can create other problems. They are higher profile and stiffer so can cause possible clearance issues. Everything depends somewhat on what rest you are using, how it's timed, centershot and other things.

Don't be fooled into thinking that just because someone else shoots something that it's going to be a cureall for any problems you may have. It doesn't always happen that way.

When and if your vanes need replaced by all means give them a try, but it's getting too close to hunting season to be messing around right now. If what you have works stay with it for the time being.
