I actually shoot a 3D foam Bear..I usually stick small sticks in the holes behind the shoulder (and aim at them)in order to zero and tighten my groups...
Like they said in the movie Patriot "Aim small , miss small"

Sounds like a traditional shooter to me!!
I shoot 3D's,hay bales(no target),stuffed animals and do alot of stump shooting
