another question- this one is hunting
I leased 800 acres with a few other guys and just put up the first stand today. looking to put 3 more up in the next two weeks
I have scouted a portion of this land - and here is what I am noticing
I jumped 12-14 deer while walking down the logging roads
They are bedded 30-40 yards off the roads in 10-12ft pines , should I look at building some ground blinds in these pines - the backside of this section is all 5 year old cutover,
Probably 60-70% of these lands is small pine, 15-20% is cutover that I can't hunt the edge or at least with a stand , and the rest is swamp and hardwoods
