I agree with you Double Creek. That, at least to me, isn't a 300 class deer or even a 200 class deer. IT is ugly though.

The whole B&C and P&Y systemof deductions is, IMO, hog wash. And then you have a measurement of air between the two antlers. The deer didn't grow the air did it?

Deer should be categorized into typical and non typical and get credit for every inch of antler they grow with out deductions.

If they have a single measureablekicker, split brow, drop tine, or what ever it should be scored as a non typical... no exceptions and no deductions.

I personally believegross score should be the only score that counts. This deduction crap (net)for side to side differences is just that, crap.[:@] Give that buck everything he deserves!JMHO

That's the way I feel. If he grew it, we should score it.

Totally agree - being symmetrical isn't everything.

I agree with you..... I disagreewithsome of the scoring systems rules as well..... Deductions being my main complaint.

However, I support the P&Y club and will continue to do so even though I do not agree with all of it's rules.

Same here, I think the rules are just fine, I just hate that bucks like this slip under the crack and get much higher scores than they deserve, IMO.
