Default Scott releases

I'm thinking about switching to a Scott wrist strap release. If you have one what do you think of it? I'm thinking about getting one with the interchangeable triggers. What is the spring trigger all about? What's the point of that?

I am not too sure about the newer ones with the interchangable triggers but I have been shooting the ole faithful for 12 years with a buckle strap. They quit making that one but I just found one on the internet a couple days ago, soI bought it. If the one I have now ever breaks I will have another 12+ years to worry about swithing...They make quality releases that will give you years of service!!!!

I've got a scott with interchangable triggers and the spring trigger feels likeit takes forever to go off but I love the release with the short fat trigger set pretty light.
