I agree with Matt/PA, you got screwed on this mount, I too would not be happy. The eyes alone would be reason for you to confront your taxi. To take a buck of this caliber and get a second rate job does not do this deer justice. I would ask your taxi to supply you with a replacement cape and take it to a better taxi. If jmbuckhunter knows a reputable taxi, look him up to fix this.

I feel like crap! I was wanting to open this thread and really brag about how great he looked, but... Crap!
I understand the "supporting your own" thing to an extent, but this was your first mounted buck... There's a reason I drive an hour and a half to let the guy who won 2nd in the world and has taken every state championship he's ever entered in whitetails in the Master's division do my stuff. These are once-in-a-lifetime moments we're capturing here, buddy!
