Never had a wasp or bee problem with my stands, but had a few seat cusions ruined. I pull the cushions now when I'm done hunting that stand for the year. Actuall I pull most of my stands. I don't want them getting all rusted up too fast.

We were turkey hunting last year and where I happened to sit, was right where yellow jackets decided to come out of the ground when it got light out. Talk about scaring off all turkeys in the surrounding counties!

I think white faced hornets are the worst. They hurt like hell. They're very tenacious, andWILL chase you! I'll go out of my way to avoid those bastards. Those ground dwelling yellow jackets ain't no joke either!! Theyhurt like a bitch too!!No stings yet this year.

Last time I got stung I spent several days in the hospital. My ugly face was so swollen I resembled John Marrick The Elephant Man.I run like a sissy, if I even think one wants a piece of me.
